I like to communicate and collaborate with people and to tackle, structure, analyze and solve things. As a professional coach, psychologist, and neuroscientist, I can combine these passions.
I have attended individual coaching sessions for almost a year after the restructuring of my job at Mrs. Trautmann-Lengsfeld (mainly online due to the corona pandemic). Due to my professional activities, I have made use of supervision and other options for reflection for decades and I can judge her work with other standards. Sessions focused on professional reorientation and conflict management. My conclusion: This woman keeps what she promises on her homepage. For me, she is one of the “best”, both professionally and personally. An excellent mix for effective and successful coaching!

The coaching with Sina Trautmann-Lengsfeld helped me within a very short time to shape my further career path and to make an important decision in this regard, namely to leave the science business. This decision has set me free. She works very effectively while being very empathetic and flexible within the sessions as well. Thank you very much, Sina!

Thanks to Sina, I managed to get an envisaged leadership position as a team leader of several employees. I benefited a lot about communication, effective leadership and conflict resolution from the different coaching sessions.
Frank Stadtler, 47 years, team leader in a midsize company
Since I was on the verge of burnout, I sought coaching from Dr. Sina Alexa Trautmann-Lengsfeld. With the help of her executive coaching, I managed to reflect and redefine myself as a leader, despite years of experience as a division manager. I communicate my objectives more clearly, I organize myself and set myself apart better, and my team has been working more efficiently and more strongly together ever since. A nice side effect is the better mood of my employees in the team and I feel de-stressed and much more relaxed. Burn out adé.
