I see myself as a trustworthy companion for you and your goals and concerns.

For me, coaching is a process that we define precisely at the beginning and during which I will accompany you with various methods from systemic and depth psychology.

Trust is for me the basis for a successful cooperation. With my support and coaching expertise, you will achieve your goals on your own in a trusting and empathic atmosphere.

Furthermore, I work in an appreciative, goal- and resource-oriented way, because a positive attitude can move mountains.

This process will be very efficient, productive and above all sustainable for you.

PROCESS

The first meeting is free of charge for you, either on the phone or via video conference, because it is important to me that you want to and can work with me as a coach.

Should we decide for each other, we will clarify your concerns and goals for your coaching in detail in another meeting. Together we will set up a roadmap of topics and schedule appointments.

Together with you, I apply various questioning techniques from systemic and depth psychology and different coaching tools so that you and I understand your principles and motives for your concern in its full scope. Because only if we don’t just scratch the surface (or figuratively speaking “the top of the iceberg”), can you bring about lasting and long-term change and further development for yourself.

The goals are the basis for the upcoming sessions and are also continuously reviewed during the coaching process, so that we do not lose our way. This is followed by 3-6 sessions in which we pursue these goals and evaluate them in the conclusion.
